The villa has a fine and elegant design, that makes it very cosy and comfortable, and it’s on two levels.
All bedrooms and almost all the areas of the villa have sea view. All the bedrooms have independent entrances.
On the main floor there are a double bedroom and the master bedroom, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has also a private patio with spectacular sea view. There are also a spacious living room, in central position, with patio, a dining room with a table for 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the beautiful garden with professional Viking gas BBQ. Externally there is a furnished patio with a relaxation area and two veranda, one more internal and the other one more external with sea view and a dining area with a table for 12 guests, where to enjoy outdoor lunch.
There is a dependence, usually used from the staff, consisting of a small living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a kitchenette. There is also a laundry fully equipped (including dryer).
On the secondary level there are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with private bathroom and wardrobe zone. The double bedroom has also a hidden kitchenette.
There is a gym with Technogym equipment, a large and wonderful swimming pool with whirlpool and a Turkish bath area. The property is surrounded by a well-kept garden and has two outdoor parking spaces and a garage.
